New Security Gates Installed at Lanchester Court
We listened to our tenants' concerns regarding non-residents using Lanchester Court as a thoroughfare. Many suggestions regarding safety were discussed and it was decided that security gates would be installed to both entrances on the Adelaide Street side of the court. The new security gates, that were installed last month, have prevented non-residents using the court as a short cut therefore increasing the safety of our tenants.
Access is gained via a fob entry system and visitors can gain access by contacting the tenant via the control panel.
The safety of our tenants across all our schemes has always been a high priority.
