Having joined Norwich Housing Society in 2013, Joanna is responsible for the application and lettings process and deals with terminations of tenancies, rent arrears and routine repairs.  She produces the quarterly newsletter - The Elder.  She also manages the Society's marketing and social media platforms.

Joanna is married and has a young daughter.  She likes spending time with her family, trips to the park and walking her dog.  She has an interest in mid-century modern furniture and vintage clothes.
