Andy joined the team in 2014, as part of the Society’s property maintenance team, dealing with pro-active and reactive repairs at all schemes, as well as overseeing the upgrade on refurbishment of flats. He also organises all planned improvements works and maintenance programmes and is assisted by Lee Watkins and Kelly Jackson. His previous job roles were in property surveying and construction management. 

Originally from Wiltshire, as a young boy, Andy moved to Norwich in the early 1970s. He is married with two adult children. He enjoys playing different sports, although these days, he tends to be watching more than playing. He also supports the assists in the running of the Royal Norfolk Show. He is also involved with the rural youth group Wymondham Young Farmers and is currently a trustee for the Wymondham Bridewell Preservation Trust.
