Having joined Norwich Housing Society in 2018, Amy is responsible for applications from prospective tenants, the lettings process and deals with terminations of tenancies, rent arrears and routine repairs. In September 2023 she qualified as a CIH Housing Practitioner.

Amy has lived in Norfolk all her life. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and walking her dogs, Hector and Fletcher. She also enjoys Pilates and holidays.
