I am a Licensed Conveyancer and have worked in the residential property sector since 2006.  I am a Senior Associate at Birketts LLP and deal with a variety of land transactions on behalf of Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Housebuilders, to include purchase and selling affordable housing, complex strategic land acquisitions, infrastructure agreements, grant funding agreements, stock securitization projects, nomination agreements and site set up for disposals.   I am responsible for supervising colleagues, managing client relationships and providing training to clients and colleagues on social housing development and conveyancing matters.

I was born and educated in Norwich, and my career thus far has involved working in Norwich based law firms.  I am therefore familiar with the local communities and am looking forward to working with the team at Norwich Housing Society to provide quality housing to its residents with a personal service.

When I am not working I am spending time with my young daughter and our dog, or socialising with friends and family.
