I am a solicitor and partner at law firm Howes Percival LLP.  I have over 20 years of experience working in commercial property in London and Norwich, and more recently in social housing.  I am responsible for a team of specialist social housing lawyers advising registered providers/housing associations, local authorities and developers on all aspects of social housing acquisition, funding, development and disposal.   I have a particular interest in social housing policy and regulation and I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. 

I believe that smaller housing associations have a very important part to play in the provision of specialist housing and I am keen to use my knowledge and skills to support Norwich Housing Society.
